The ASCRS•ASOA notebook provides the attendee
with an easy-to-use outline of the meeting followed
by blank pages for meeting note-taking purposes.
The sponsor of this item receives its corporate logo
on the front cover, and ads placed on cover 2 (in-
side front), cover 3 (inside back), and cover 4 (back
cover). The sponsor has the choice of having the
notebook distributed to all ASCRS•ASOA attendees
in the attendee totebag, or distributed only to ASOA
attendees through distribution at the ASOA Opening
General session.

Continuing its support of peer-to peer-education, ASOA maintains a networking room at the LACC.
Open during meeting hours from Saturday morning through Tuesday morning and heavily utilized by
the ASOA attendee, the networking room has become extremely popular with attendees.
Informal sessions are conducted in the room as well as "Consultants on Call" and the Career Board.
The networking room is staffed continuously. Light food and beverage is provided by ASOA.
In exchange for sponsoring the ASOA networking room, the sponsoring company(ies) will receive:
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship and corporate logo on all marketing materials;
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship including corporate logo on signage at the event;
• Sponsoring company may have a table inside the networking room for literature display.
• Also included is a recharge station

Single corporate sponsor: $15,000.
