Stations can be placed at within the convention centers and hotels near elevators, escalators,
registration area even on the exhibit floor. Each station is fully wrapped and holds a poster panel
sized 15" H x 11" W, approx. They are filled with extra capacity sanitizer cartridges capable of
lasting for more than 2 weeks. Some venues request protective floor mats underneath the stations.
• 10 stations minimum.
• Each fully wrapped station features 1 poster panel and includes a 30" x 45" printed 4C rug.
• Rates include production of the rug, wrap and poster panel from 1 creative execution, set-up &
take down charges and on-site fulfillment. A report indicating approximate usage during the event
can be provided post-campaign.
