Symposium & Congress
The American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery and the American Society of Ophthalmic
Administrators are pleased to present the marketing opportunities at the 2018 ASCRS•ASOA
Symposium & Congress to be held in Walter E. Washington Convention Center (WEWCC). We expect
approximately 7,000 attendees at the 2018 meeting. For those interested in reaching the oph-
thalmic administrator attending ASOA, we are pleased to provide opportunities developed specifi-
cally for the 2018 ASOA Congress on practice management.
All items in this brochure are eligible for Priority Points toward the 2020 meeting in Boston.

All cities and convention centers that house the Symposium & Congress have their own rules and
regulations regarding marketing opportunities, and Washington, D.C. is no exception. All commercial
marketing on the doors and windows, or proximate to the doors and windows, must face the
interior of the building. Items that are impacted by this rule are noted in their respective
descriptions.

We will work with your company to create the opportunity that meets your needs while
satisfying ASCRS•ASOA, the WEWCC and the City of Washington rules and regulations.
Opportunities that were held by exhibiting companies in 2017 are offered to the same company as
a right of first refusal for 2018. Those items sold in this fashion are indicated in the brochure.
