Thirty-four percent think 0.75 D or more of
spherical error is acceptable before visual
quality is impacted. Fifty-eight percent think
that 0.75 D or more of residual cylinder does
not have a significant impact on visual quality
and patient satisfaction.
ASCRS respondents indicate that on average,
presbyopia-correcting IOL patients were less
satisfied with intermediate vision than near and
distance vision.
