This year, ASOA offers more than 80 educational courses covering an array of topics essential to effective practice management. These topics include coding and billing, leadership and strategic management, human resources, technology, marketing, business operations, and many other strategies for successful practice management. This program lists courses by day, time, and knowledge pathway, allowing attendees to easily navigate the programming options available within each time block. These courses provide a foundation in the fundamentals of ophthalmic practice management. advanced admin Advanced ASOA courses recommended for those with 10+ years' experience looking to further their professional education. mid-level manager MLM ASOA courses recommended for those that are currently or seeking to become mid-level managers. abc endorsed ABC ASOA courses endorsed by the Administrator Beginners Circle (ABC). These courses have been identified as the best content for attendees with four or fewer years of practice management experience. All ASOA practice management courses are designated for COE and CME credit.
