Location: North Lobby of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center ATTENDEE REGISTRATION HOURS Thursday, April 4 12:00–5:00 p.m. Friday, April 5 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 7 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, April 8 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS Thursday, April 4 2:00–5:00 p.m. Friday, April 5 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 6 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 7 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, April 8 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Attendee registration includes a badge, downloadable ASCRS ASOA Meeting app, all sessions and regular courses, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, entrance to Party for a Purpose, and access to ASCRS On Demand. (physician registrants only). ASCRS Subspecialty Day programs, Skills Transfer Labs, and ASOA Lunches require a separate registration and fee. ASCRS and ASOA registrants are welcome to attend either or both programs. A joint registration category is available for those interested in attending both the ASOA and Technicians & Nurses Programs. Press Registration Registered media may pick up badges during registration hours at Attendee Registration. All other media must register during the hours outlined above. Official press credentials (business card, press card, letter on official letterhead certifying media affiliation) must be presented. Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall beginning on Tuesday, April 2. Exhibitors will need to check in with security at the Exhibit Hall entrances to receive a wristband each day until registration opens on Thursday, April 4. Exhibitors will be able to enter the Exhibit Hall with their designated exhibitor badges on Thursday, April 4. No wristband will be required once a badge has been picked up. Beginning Friday, April 5, exhibitors MUST have a badge to enter the Exhibit Hall. Wristbands will NOT be accepted. Evaluate Sessions and Claim Credits The ASCRS and ASOA Programs can be evaluated electronically. Attendees have three options for evaluating sessions and claiming credit. Onsite: Visit any Education Hub Station and evaluate sessions and claim credit. Education Hub Stations are located throughout the convention center. In the ASCRS ASOA Meeting app: Visit a session within the Program section of the app and click the Evaluate icon to evaluate that particular session in real time. (App login is required.) Online: Complete the online Evaluation & Credit Claim on any computer or mobile device. ASCRS PROGRAM GENERAL INFORMATION
