Join fellow COEs for an innovative lunchtime program
on communication, "Many Communicate. Few Connect."
Presented by Colette Carlson, this program will help
you amplify your impact and form crucial relationships
that drive productivity, engagement, and collaboration.

Administrator Beginners
Circle (ABC)
Networking Lunch*
Join members of the ABC group for a networking lunch.
This program will provide newer administrator attendees
access to a panel discussion centered around the topic of
"Moving Beyond the Pandemic: New Ways to Reenergize
Your Practice, Motivate Staff, and Strike the Right Balance
in Workforce & Priorities." Attendees are invited to
bring questions, meet colleagues, and share knowledge.
This is a great oppor tunity to build your ophthalmic
network! Attendance is limited to ASOA attendees with
4 or fewer years' experience in ophthalmic practice
management. Advanced registration is required, and
