Washington Convention Center ATTENDEE REGISTRATION HOURS Thursday, April 21 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Friday, April 22 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, April 25 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HOURS Wednesday, April 20 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 21 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Friday, April 22 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, April 25 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Attendee registration includes a badge, downloadable ASCRS ASOA Meetings app, all sessions and regular courses, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, and entrance to the ASCRS ASOA Party for a Purpose. ASCRS Subspecialty Day programs, Skills Transfer Labs, ASOA Pre-Conference Deep Dives, and ASOA Lunches require a separate registration and fee. ASCRS and ASOA registrants are welcome to attend either or both programs. A joint registration category is available for those interested in attending both the ASOA and Technicians & Nurses Programs. Press Registration Registered media may pick up badges during registration hours at Attendee Registration. All other media must register during the hours outlined above. Official press credentials (business card, press card, letter on official letterhead certifying media affiliation) must be presented. Evaluate Sessions and Claim Credits The ASCRS and ASOA Programs can be evaluated electronically. Attendees have three options for evaluating sessions and claiming credit. Onsite: Visit any Education Hub station and evaluate sessions and claim credit. Education Hub stations are located in the Level 1 North Lobby and Concourse and L Street Bridge. In app: Visit a session within the Program section of the app and click the Evaluate icon to evaluate that particular session in real time. (App login required.) Online: Complete the online Evaluation & Credit Claim on any computer or mobile device. Note: All attendees must have their badges printed onsite to be verified as eligible for credit. A valid badge number is needed for access to the evaluation and credit claim. The Technicians & Nurses Program will use paper evaluations, which will be given to the attendees upon entering the course room. IJCAHPO credits are processed and claimed directly through IJCAHPO.
