Interact with the faculty as they present on pertinent cornea topics such as the non-healing corneal epithelium, infectious keratitis, and inflammatory ocular surface disease. 1:30–3:30 p.m. Good to Great Surgeon: Working Through Complications Video Symposium Sponsored by the ASCRS Young Eye Surgeons (YES) Clinical Committee Moderator: Zaina Al-Mohtaseb, MD Join the YES Clinical Committee for this interactive video symposium where presenters, which include current residents, will show difficult cases and complications that come up in the OR. A panel of surgeons will be asked to provide their guidance for these complicated cases. Each of the cases will be followed by YES Clinical Committee members' own complicated case videos, showing how they worked through similar complications. 3:30–5:00 p.m. IOL Power Calculations Moderator: Douglas Koch, MD Want to learn the latest in IOL calculation formulas? In this interactive session, the faculty will discuss new formulas as well as technologies. They will also share how they achieved the best outcomes when facing challenging cases. Topics will include long and short eyes, post-RK, post-LVC, keratoconus, and nanophthalmos. This session is video case-based with audience Q&A.
